Switches the unit between standby and on

Press

 STANDBY/ON (1).

Setting the clock

1. Press CLOCK (8) and ENTER (4).
2. Use

 and ENTER (4) to set the day, hour and minute.

Setting the timer

1. Press TIMER (9).
2. Use

 and ENTER (4) to adjust the day of the week and time.

Control the display brightness

Press DIMMER (f) to switch the display brightness in four steps.

Control sound and adjust volume

 Press EQUALIZER, P.BASS, BASS or TREBLE (a) to adjust sound quality.

 Press VOLUME +/– (e) to adjust the listening volume.

 Press MUTE (5) to mute the sound.

Playing iPod/iPhone on the iPod/iPhone dock

1. Press iPod (2) and connect your iPod/iPhone to the iPod/iPhone dock.
2. Press

 (7) to start playback.

Playing iPod/iPhone/iPad or USB device using the USB terminal

1. Press USB (2) and connect your iPod/iPhone/iPad to the USB terminal.
2. Press

 (7) to start playback.

Listening to the audio CD

1. Press CD (2).
2. Slot a disc.
3. Press

 (7) to start playback. Use numeric buttons (3) or  (7) to select the track.

4. Press REPEAT (c) or RANDOM (b) to adjust the play mode.

Listening to the radio

1. Press TUNER (2).
2. Press TUNE +/– (d) to tune in to the desired station.

Listening to the audio fi le on Internet Radio or Music Server

Cannot operate using the remote control that came with the unit. Please operate using ControlApp.

Listening to the favorite songs

1. Press NETWORK (2) repeatedly to select Favorites.
2. Press

 (7) to start playback.

3. Press PRESET +/– (6) to tune in to the desired station.

Loading the batteries

Basic control

The batteries included with the unit are to check
initial operations; they may not last over a long
period. We recommend using alkaline batteries
that have a longer life.

*Before listening to the Network service, be sure to confi gure the LAN network settings.
