Setting the date and time
The first time you use the camera, [Y/M/D]
is displayed prompting you to enter the date
and time. See “Setting the date and time” in
Chapter 7 of the Advanced Manual. The
camera operates without making this
setting.
Language for on-screen display
The language for on-screen display varies
depending on the area where you
purchased this camera. The instructions
given in this manual and the Advanced
Manual apply to the camera screens in
English. To change the language, refer to
the “Selecting a language” in Chapter 7 of
the Advanced Manual.
The battery check indicator changes according to how much power is
remaining.
