Step 7
Attach cart heat shield to the door
bracket using two #8 self tapping
screws. Attach the two heat shield
support brackets to the bottom of
the heat shield supports using two
M4 x 10mm bolts and M4 nuts.
Attach both supports to the back
panel using two M4 x 10mm bolts.
Tank block bar is alos fastened
under the left side support.
Step 8
Screw the bottom door pivot into
the bottom right side door hole.
Then place bottom door pivot into
the hole on right side cart panel.
Align the top of the door with the
hole in the upper door hinge and
insert top door pivot, tighten
securely. Repeat for other door.
Note: When performing Step
9, lift
grill body from front and rear
panels to avoid injury to
hands and fingers.
Step 9
With the help of a friend, place grill
body assembly on assembled cart
frame. Grill body will rest on angled
top of vertical supports. Align bolt
holes located on the outside of the
grill body assembly. Secure using
four M6 x 12mm bolts with star
washers.
