- If the following operation is selected, the cost is obtained based on the
unit price specified in [Pricing Setup] - "Print". "Save to User Box through
printer driver", "Print from USB memory device connected to the device",
"Fax RX Print"
- The cost is not calculated at the time point when data has been saved to
a User Box. When the data saved to a User Box has been sent to an FTP,
WebDAV, SMB, or E-mail destination or when data has been saved to
USB memory, the cost is calculated based on the unit price specified in
[Pricing Setup] - "Scan/Fax Read".
In addition, the following restrictions are set.

When the cost-base upper limit settings are enabled, users who reach
the upper limit will not be able to log in to the device. Even if the specified
unit price is changed to "0" using Account Manager in this state, the
users will not be able to log in to the device.
