Scan to USB memory
1. Position the original(s).
2. Plug the USB memory device
into the USB port.
3. Tap Scan to USB.
4. Make the desired settings.
5. Press on the control panel.
Scan to e-mail
1. Position the original(s).
2. Tap E-mail on the home screen.
3. Tap Recipient(s).
4. Enter the e-mail address
and tap .
5. Press on the control panel.
Scan to network*
1. Position the original(s).
2. Tap Scan to Network on the
home screen.
3. Select a destination.
4. Make the desired settings.
5. Press on the control panel.
Send a fax
1. Position the original(s).
2. Tap Fax on the home screen.
3. Enter the fax number.
4. Press on the control panel.
Create a shortcut*
1. Position the original(s).
2. Tap MyShortcuts on the home screen.
3. Tap Create.
4. Select the shortcut type.
5. Make the desired settings.
6. Tap Save it.
Create a booklet*
1. Position the original(s).
2. Tap Copy on the home screen.
3. Tap Booklet.
4. Make the desired settings and
tap .
5. Press on the control panel.
Copy multiple pages onto a single sheet
1. Position the original(s).
2. Tap Copy on the home screen.
3. Tap Paper Saver.
4. Make the desired settings and
tap .
5. Press on the control panel.
1. Position the card on the scanner glass.
2. Tap Card Copy on the home screen.
3. Tap Options to make the desired settings.
4. Press to scan the first side of the card.
5. Turn the card and press to scan the second
side.
