Using PaperPort
DesktopDelivery
PaperPort DesktopDelivery is designed to monitor a specified folder on a
networked file server or local drive for incoming faxes and scanned images in
TIFF, JPEG, or PDF format. PaperPort DesktopDelivery transfers files from the
watched folder into the PaperPort desktop. Files in TIFF format are converted to
PDF Image items while JPEG and PDF files retain their original formats.
After installation, PaperPort DesktopDelivery runs as an icon in the tooltray on
the Windows task bar:
Right-click on the PaperPort DesktopDelivery icon in the Windows tooltray to
display the PaperPort DesktopDelivery menu with three commands:

•
About
•
Close
Settings
After installation, PaperPort DesktopDelivery resides in the Windows Start-Up
folder. Therefore, every time you start your computer, PaperPort
DesktopDelivery automatically runs.
Right-click the PaperPort DesktopDelivery icon to display its menu. Then click
the Settings command to display a dialog box of all the PaperPort
DesktopDelivery controls:
