Resolution
Select the accuracy for scanning originals.
The following four Resolution settings are available.
To select a Resolution setting

Touch on the Fax Mode Screen.
The Scan Settings Screen will be displayed.
Setting Description
Std. Select this setting to reduce the transmission
time.
Fine Select this setting when scanning regular
originals.
Super Fine Select this setting when scanning originals
with small print or with illustrations.
Ultra Fine Select this setting when scanning originals
with particularly fine print or with detailed
illustrations.
