Select recipient with abbreviated number
In order to be able to use the following functions, abbreviated numbers
must have been already entered. For more information, see page 4-3.
1 Switch to fax mode.
Load the fax original.
2 Touch the [ABBR.#] tab.
3 Select the range of abbreviated
numbers such as [#000]. Use the
arrow keys to scroll through the list
until you see the desired abbrevia-
tion dial key. Press the desired ab-
breviation dial key.
or
Press the [ABBR.#] button. Enter
the three-digit abbreviation dial
code using the numeric keypad.
4 Press [START].
The fax original is scanned. The
transmission starts automatically
when all running processes finish.
