Feature Overview
The EFI ® Command WorkStation ™ print job management interface is designed to make centralized printing easy.
With automatic server detection on your network, you can display connected Fiery ® server job information quickly
and efficiently. While connected, you have the option to customize and save the user interface preferences to match
your own style for viewing, editing, and previewing job information. Command WorkStation also provides different
levels of security, which is ideal for print-for-pay or reproduction environments where multiple users with varying
levels of access will be working with the Fiery. Command WorkStation sets the standard for conveniently
managing and manipulating digital print jobs with maximum control.

View and access a customized list of Fiery
servers. You can now login to an unlimited
number of Fiery servers.
Display a summary of activity that is occurring either on all of the Fiery
servers or on a selected Fiery server. You can view jobs that are being
spooled, processed (RIPped), or printed, as well as general server
information.
You can easily view and access
various print jobs. Tabs labeled
Printed Jobs, Archive, FreeForm ™ ,
and Job Log provide you with quick
access to pertinent information.
Change your view options by customizing columns.
Process jobs faster with eight short-cut action buttons: Print, Hold, Process/Hold,
Delete, Archive, Preview, Impose, and Properties.
Define the status of your job with color flags used in the Active Jobs and Activity
windows. You can choose to display the following flags: Spooling, Spooled/Held,
Waiting to Process, Processing, Processed/Held, Waiting to Print, and Printing.
View unlimited thumbnails
across servers and full screen
job previews from the Active
Jobs queue, or jobs that have
been RIPped or held. You can
simplify document creation with
Preview tools to save, add,
delete, zoom, copy, undo, and organize documents from
one file to another, regardless of application or platform.
You can easily transfer jobs from one Fiery server to another
on the network.
