1030 Optical drive
For access, remove this FRU:
• “1010 Battery pack” on page 33
• “1020 Base cover” on page 34

Remove the screw 1. Pull the optical drive out in the direction shown by
arrow 2.

M2 × 3.5 mm, flat-head, nylok-coated (1)
ODD BRK + D Black 1.5 ~ 2.0 kgf*cm
Remove the screw 3, then remove the optical drive bracket in the direction
shown by arrow 4.

ODD BKT + ODD Black 1.5 ~ 2.0 kgf*cm
Carefully remove the optical drive bezel in the direction shown by arrow 5.
