Installation and Operating Instructions

Pendant Pager Transmitter

Model PP1004-2

Switch settings

The Silent Call system is digitally coded. The code sent by the transmitter must match the code that your receiver has been set for.
All Silent Call receivers and transmitters leave the factory set for the default code of 1, 2 and 3 = OFF and 4 and 5 = ON. Unless you
have changed the code in your receiver from the factory default setting OR you have the new Sidekick II Receiver, Good
Vibrations, Vibra- Call or Omni Page you do not need to change the switch settings in your transmitter.

Note** The Pendant Pager is factory set so switches 6 through 9 are in the up (ON) position which represents light/strobe only.
If you are using the new Sidekick II Receiver (#SK09214-2), the Good Vibrations (#GV1097-2), the Vibra-Call (#VC4002-2)
or the Omni Page (#OP1097-2) you will need to set your Pendant Pager so that it will activate either Sound, Phone, Door, CO
or Weather.

The code switches are accessed by removing the back cover of the transmitter. Positions 1 through 5 determine the code that the
transmitter sends when it activates. These 5 switches must match you receiver exactly. Positions 6-9 determine which light activates
on your receiver.

Turn Switch 6 to the OFF position for SOUND
Turn Switch 7 to the OFF position for PHONE
Turn Switch 8 to the OFF position for DOOR
Turn Switch 9 to the OFF position for FIRE
