4. Design and function

4.1 Description

The model PG43SA pressure gauge is designed especially for the

requirements of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotech-

nology industries.

The PG43SA pressure gauge is particularly suitable for the special

conditions of CIP/SIP cleaning processes, e.g. thanks to chemical

stability towards cleaning liquids and high temperatures. The flush

metal diaphragm element is directly welded to the process connection.

This guarantees a crevice-free connection of process connection and

diaphragm element; additional internal sealings are not required.
