All data given above means approximate values, which, among others, are
decisively influenced by the specific usage pattern and/or the test conditions
applied (e.g. temperature). What should also be noted is the fact that the battery
pack will attain its full power after several charge/discharge cycles only.
Maintenance & Attendance
The casing must not be opened since otherwise the sealing will be damaged.
Do not unscrew the lens module.
Avoid non-usage for longer periods or storage in discharged condition.
Keep the charging contacts (4 / 7) clean.
For cleaning the lens (1), use glasses cleaning cloths, please.
Construction and Properties
The DOCTER
aspherilux midi LED features a compact design and a high
rigidity without any functional curtailment.
Because of the big brightness and wide spread in conjunction with an extra-
ordinary uniformity of the orbicular illumination, the DOCTER
aspherilux midi
LED can ideally be used for search and illumination jobs in the close-up range.
With a high-performance LED of the latest generation, the DOCTER
aspherilux
midi LED not only features an extremely durable illuminant, but also provides a
highly efficient means for work.
This very eco-friendly lighting equipment is further supported by the use of an
integrated powerful NiMH battery pack.
The control electronics of the DOCTER
aspherilux midi LED is controlled by
means of a microcontroller.
This circuit serves to:
•
supply the LED under all operating conditions with energy at optimum,
•
utilise the battery capacity at maximum with no decline in brightness,
•
provide additional information on the operating condition, and to
•
prevent LED overload.
Due to its balanced and functional design, the DOCTER
aspherilux midi LED
facilitates real one-hand operation.
The high-aperture optical system of the DOCTER
aspherilux midi LED is fitted
with a complex lens system (1) consisting of three glass lenses with aspheres.
To avoid illumination losses, the lens surfaces are provided with a high-grade
antireflection coating.
The high-strength aluminium die cast -made casing (3) is soft paint coated,
and, thus, especially slip and corrosion-proof.
Due to a special sealing and the use of O-rings, the DOCTER
aspherilux midi
LED is water-tight.
