CAUTION:
Extremely Hot
EXTREMELY HOT! Be careful not to burn yourself.
Grasp handle and lift Catalysts off to remove from
Shroud.
RINSE WITH WATER ONLY. NEVER USE ANY
CHEMICALS ON THE CATALYST.
Lay flat to drain water and let air dry overnight.
Make sure catalyst is dry before putting back on
broiler.

Lift shrouds from top of broiler.
Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize in the 3-compartment
sink.
