Scrub Pad
Degreaser
Slide grease pan out.
Make sure grease pan is cool before putting in
water or it may warp the pans.
Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in the
3-compartment sink.

Wring out a sanitized towel and wipe discharge end
