• Sound
volume
is
too
low:
The
AX310
controls
its
streaming
sound
separate
from
your
device’s
streaming
volume.
To
ensure
that
you
are
listening
to
the
speaker
at
full
volume
o Turn
the
AX310
volume
all
the
way
up
AFTER
you
start
streaming
music
o Turn
your
device’s
volume
all
the
way
up
AFTER
you
start
streaming
music
o Note:
It
is
never
a
good
idea
to
turn
a
speaker’s
volume
to
full.
It
will
cause
distortion
and
reduce
both
your
AX310’s
battery
playback
time,
as
well
as
its
overall
lifespan.
Instead,
try
listening
at
1-­‐2
levels
below
full
volume.
You
will
notice
a
slight
drop
in
volume,
but
a
huge
enhancement
in
audio
quality.
• Music
cuts
off
during
playback:
o Check
to
make
sure
your
device
and
the
speaker
are
within
range
and
free
of
obstructions.
o Make
sure
your
device
and
the
speaker
are
charged.
• Volume
is
too
low/Sound
is
distorted
o Check
the
device’s
sound
level
o Recharge
the
battery
• Bluetooth
indicator
LED
does
not
flash
o Battery
is
too
low.
Please
recharge
the
battery.
o Turn
the
speaker
OFF
and
then
turn
ON
again.
