Do not dispose of this product in regular trash. Please follow your State and Local
guidelines
when
disposing
any
battery
product,
and
take
to
the
nearest
Hazardous
Waste
Collection
Facility.

It is not recommended to listen to a speaker at max volume. Always keep the volume 1-‐2
levels
below
max.
This
will
prevent
any
distortion
and
also
increase
the
battery
life,
as
well
as
the
lifespan
of
your
speaker.
Troubleshooting
•
If you experience any issues with the operation of this device
o
Simply turn off the speaker and then turn it back on.
o
If the problem persists:
§
Disconnect, turn off, and charge the AX310 fully,
§
Delete the AX310 from the list of trusted devices and follow the first-‐time
pairing instructions again.
§
If the problem persists, contact Alpatronix Customer Service for assistance.
•
Bluetooth transmission range can be affected by low battery and obstructions. If you are
having problems with your AX310’s Bluetooth range
o
Make sure your device is fully charged.
o
Make
sure
there
are
no
obstructions
between
your
device
and
the
AX310.
The
unobstructed
Bluetooth
range
for
most
devices
is
30ft
(10m)
•
If you are unable to pair your speaker with your device
o
Check
to
make
sure
the
speaker
is
not
paired
with
another
device.
If
the
speaker
was
paired
with
another
device
before,
it
is
helpful
to
either
turn
the
Bluetooth
OFF
on
the
previous
device,
or
forget
the
AX310
from
the
list
of
trusted
devices
on
the
previous
device.
o
If
your
device
has
too
many
paired
Bluetooth
devices
on
the
list
of
trusted
devices,
it
may
have
difficulty
recognizing
a
new
Bluetooth
speaker.
Try
forgetting
some
of
the
previously
trusted
devices
and
pair
again.
o
Turning
both
the
AX310
and
your
device
OFF
and
then
back
ON
may
resolve
some
of
the
most
common
connection
issues.
