Select the message to which you want to
add a recording first.

Press and hold /MENU to enter
the menu mode.
The menu mode window will be
displayed.

Press  or  to select “ADD/
OVERWRITE,” then press  .

Press  or  to select “ADD,”
then press  .

Press  (stop) to exit the menu
mode.

When the message to be added
is played back, press  (record/
pause).
“ADD REC? [REC] TO EXECUTE” appears.

While “ADD REC? [REC] TO
EXECUTE” is displayed, press
 (record/pause).
The operation indicator will turn red.
The new recording will be added at
the end of the current message.

Press  (stop) to stop recording.
