Installing/Removing the Battery Pack
Install the battery pack into the battery compartment on the bottom of your VAIO computer.
To install the battery pack
1. Turn off your VAIO computer, disconnect the power cord and all connection cables,
and close the LCD screen lid.
2. Align the battery pack with the front side of the battery compartment.
3. Turn the battery pack in the direction of the arrow and push it down into the
compartment.
4. Tighten the three screws with a coin.
To remove the battery pack
1. Turn off your VAIO computer, disconnect the power cord and all connection cables,
and close the LCD screen lid.
2. Loosen the three screws with a coin.
