Inserting an add-on card
1. Shut down your computer and turn off all peripheral devices, such as your printer.
2. Unplug your computer and any peripheral devices.
3. Remove the cover as described in Removing the cover .
4. Locate the available expansion slot. Remove the screw, then remove the slot cover.

5. Install the add-on card by inserting it into the available expansion slot and securing it with the screw from the
expansion slot cover.

6. Attach any internal cables that the card requires. See the instructions that came with the add-on card.
7. Replace the cover and reinsert the screw at the top of the rear panel.
8. Reconnect all peripheral devices and the power cord, then turn on the computer.
