Why doesn't my screen turn off when the time selected for the automatic turn-off action
has passed?
The VAIO Original Screen Saver disables the timer setting, which you can select using the Windows power options, for your
screen to turn off.
Select the screen saver other than the VAIO Original Screen Saver.
What should I do if I cannot boot my computer from the external device connected to the
computer?
To boot your computer from the external device, for example the USB floppy disk drive and the USB/i.LINK optical disc drive,
you need to change the boot device.
Turn on your computer, press and hold the Fn key and press the F11 key when the VAIO logo appears.
