Warning
Do not use a forklift truck to unload the ma-
chine as this may damage it.
To unload the machine, proceed as follows:
Î
Loosen the wooden plank from the pal-
let and fit it with nails at the ends of the
palette (front side of the device).
Î Remove the elastic tape fasteners at
the stop points.
Î Knock off the locking blocks and use
them to support the wooden planks on
the left and right.
Î Slide the machine over the prepared
ramp from the pallet.
Î Loosen the rope fastened at the side-
brush frame for transportation.
The machine can be moved in 2 ways:
(1) By pushing it (see Moving sweeper
without engaging self-propulsion).
(2) By driving it (see Moving sweeper by
engaging self-propulsion).

Danger
Risk of injury! Before engaging the free-
wheel operation, the machine must be se-
cured to prevent it rolling away.

Lock parking brake.
Î Open the device hood.
Î Set the freewheel lever to OFF.
This blocks the travel drive function.
Î
Close cover.
Î Release parking brake.
The machine can now be pushed.
Note
Do not move the machine for long distanc-
es without engaging self-propulsion, a
speed of 10 km/h should not be exceeded.
Î Lock parking brake.
Î Open the device hood.
Î Set the freewheel lever to ON.
The travel drive is now ready for operation.

Close cover.
Î Release parking brake.
The appliance can now be driven.
Î Park the sweeper on an even surface.
Î Remove ignition key.
Î Lock parking brake.

Danger
Risk of explosion!
– Only use the fuels specified in the Op-
erations Manual.
– Do not refuel the machine in enclosed
spaces.
– Smoking and naked flames are strictly
prohibited.
– Ensure that no fuel reaches the hot
open surfaces.
Î Switch off engine.
Î Open the device hood.
Î Open fuel filler cap.
Î Fill in diesel.
Î Fill tank to max. 1 cm below the lower
edge of the filler nozzle.
Î Wipe off any spilt fuel and close fuel fill-
er cap.
Î Close cover.
Note
The machine can be operated for a maxi-
mum of 3 hours on a full tank.
Î Check engine oil level.
Î Check the hydraulic oil level.
Î Empty waste container.
Î Check roller brush.
Î Check tyre pressure.
Î Shake off dust filter.
Note

maintenance.
Î Hang-out the rod for the leveling equip-
ment.
Î Loosen the 4 fastening screws.
Î Bring the seat to the desired position.
Î Tighten the fastening screws and hang
in the frame again.
Note
The machine is equipped with a seat con-
tact switch If the driver's seat is vacated,
the machine is switched off.
Î Open the device hood.
Î Turn the lever downward to position O
(OPEN).
Î Close cover.
Î Sit on the driver's seat.
Î Accelerator pedal in zero position.
Î Lock parking brake.
Î Bring the engine speed setting to central
position (operating speed).
Î Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock.
Î Turn ignition key past position 1.
Î If the machine starts, release the igni-
tion key.
Note
Never operate the starter motor for longer
than 10 seconds. Wait at least 10 seconds
before operating the starter motor again.
