Setting up the deep-fat fryer
1. Pour 4 litres deep-fat frying oil or 3.5 kg deep-fat frying fat
into the deep-fat frying basin.
2. Use the temperature selector to set the temperature.
3. When the heating indicator has gone out, lower the deep-fat
frying basket into the oil/fat with the food to be deep fried.
4. After deep-fat frying, remove the deep-fat frying basket and
shake gently to remove any excess oil/fat.
To drain off the remaining oil/fat, you can hang the deep-fat
frying basket on the bracket.
Heating light
The heating light lights up while the deep-fat fryer is heating up.
The heating light goes out when the deep-fat frying oil/fat has
reached the set temperature.
