VOLTAGE
The V-Drive’s unique Voltage control utilizes a special voltage-
multiplying integrated circuit to increase the pedal’s operating
voltage for a tighter, punchier, crisper, quicker responding and
more authoritative tone — ordinary 9-volt pedals can’t match
this new level of dynamic response.
Turning the Voltage control clockwise increases the V-Drive’s
operating voltage.
Turning the Voltage control counterclockwise decreases the
voltage, providing a softer attack and more compliant feel.
For best performace, especially at lower Voltage settings, use a
fresh 9-volt battery or 9-volt adapter.
POWERING THE V-DRIVE
The VHT V-Drive can be powered by a standard 9-volt battery
or external 9-volt DC power source. (A pop-up battery compart-
ment is located on the V-Drive’s bottom cover plate.)
Unplug the input cable to turn the pedal off and conserve bat-
tery life.
