Non-Totex Parachute
If you are using a parachute that has no firm objects to prevent the
unwinder from twisting, you have to use a hanger board (Vaisala code
RS46157).
1. Tie the parachute to the balloon with a string.
2. Tie the hanger board to the parachute with a string of
approximately 20 cm in length.
