Put the knob [C] inside the tie down [B] and align the holes.
Place the 8mm carriage bolt [D] through the hole in the tie down and thread partially into the knob.
Do not tighten completely.

Line the tie down post and the carriage bolt head up with one of the openings in the cab rack.
Insert these into the opening and slide the tie down to the desired location. Turn the knob
to clamp the tie down in place. Repeat this process for the other tie down.
