Cleaning instructions: Clean all Dee Zee aluminum accessories with a mild detergent. Dee Zee stainless steel
accessories should have an application of high quality automotive wax applied to them to maintain a longer shine.

Peel the backing off of the tape on the full front box protector (A).
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: Ideal tape application temperature range is 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees
Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius to 38 degrees Celsius).

Clean the front of the truck box and then place the full front box protector (A) up to the front of the truck box and
press into place.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Tapes will stick to most clean, and well - unified surfaces. Typical surface cleaning
solvents are a 50/50 isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) / water mixture. Follow solvent manufacture's
precautionary warnings and suggested handling procedures when using solvents.
RUB DOWN PRESSURE: Bond strength is dependent upon the amount of adhesive-to-surface contact developed.
Firm application pressure develops a better adhesive contact and thus improves the bond strength.
DWELL TIME: After application, the bond strength increases and approaches the ultimate bond strength 72 hours
at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius).
