4 12-1.75mm x 120mm Hex Head Bolts
1 Passenger Sidebar
4 12mm Lock Washers
2 Front Mounting Bracket (small)
4 12mm Flat Washers
2 Rear Mounting Brackets (large)
2 10-1.50mm x 35mm Hex Head Bolts
2 Rear Support Brackets
2 10mm Lock Washers
4 3” Plastic Rings
2 10mm Hex Nuts
4 ½” x 2” Hex Head Bolts
4 10mm ID x 26mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers
4 ½” Lock Washers
4 ½” ID x 1 3/8” OD x 3/32” Flat Washers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. DRILLING
REQUIRED.
2. Remove the driver side front and rear body mounts.
3. Partially attach driver front and driver rear Mounting Brackets to the body mounts using the
included (2) 12mm x 120mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 12mm Lock Washers, and (2) 12mm Flat
Washers.
4. Position the driver Sidebar onto Mounting Brackets.
5. Attach the Sidebar to the Mounting Brackets using the included (2) ½” x 2” Hex Head Bolts, (2)
½” Lock Washers, and (2) ½” Flat Washers. Do not tighten at this time.
6. Remove the ½” x 2” Hex Head Bolt holding the rear end of the Sidebar to rear Mounting
Bracket. Put the short end of the Support Bracket up to the backside of the Rear Mounting
Bracket and attach it with the previously removed hardware. Orient the Support Bracket so that
the long end touches the bottom of the frame. Using the hole in the long end of the Support
Bracket as a guide, drill a 7/16” hole in the bottom of the frame. Attach Support Bracket to
Frame using the included (1) 10mm x 35mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 10mm Lock Washer, (1)
10mm Hex Nut, and (2) 10mm Flat Washers.
7. Adjust Sidebar properly and make sure the Sidebar is level with the side of the vehicle; then
tighten all hardware at this time.
8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
9. IMPORTANT! Sidebars have a 300 lb. weight capacity. To protect your investment, wax this
product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over finish.
High Gloss Black Powder Coat and Chrome Finish: Mild soap, window or glass cleaner
may be used. Do not use any type of polish or wax that contains abrasives that could damage
the finish.
Stainless Steel Finish: Mild Soap, window or glass cleaner may be used. Aluminum polish
may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
