1 Passenger Sidebar 8 8mm Lock Washers
4 Mounting Bracket 16 8mm ID x 22mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers
4 6-1.00mm Hex Nuts 8 8mm Hex Nuts
4 6mm ID x 18mm OD x 1.5mm Flat Washers 4 ½” x 2” Hex Head Bolts
4 ½” Lock Washers
4 ½” ID x 1 ¼” OD x 3/32” Flat Washers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. From underside of vehicle locate the two factory bolts located towards the front of the vehicle in the driver side
pinch weld. Next to the factory bolts there are two factory holes on the pinch weld, insert (1) 8mm x 30mm Hex
Head Bolt with (1) 8mm Flat Washer from the outside of the vehicle on each of the factory holes (Figure 1).
NOTE: You do not need to remove the factory bolts.
3. Position Mounting Bracket with rounded eye towards the front of the vehicle over the factory bolts and previously
inserted bolts. Secure front of the Mounting Bracket to the factory bolts using the included (2) 6mm Hex Nuts and
(2) 6mm Flat Washers. Secure the opposite side of Mounting Bracket to the previously inserted bolts with the
included (2) 8mm Hex Nuts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 4). Do not tighten at this
time.
4. Locate and remove the factory nut on the rear end of pinch weld. Insert (1) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolt with (1)
8mm Flat Washer from the outside of the vehicle on each of the factory holes located next to the factory nut
(Figure 2).
5. Position Mounting Bracket with rounded eye towards the rear of the vehicle over the factory bolt and previously
inserted bolts. Secure rear of the Mounting Bracket to the factory bolt using the factory nut. Secure the opposite
side of Mounting Bracket to the previously inserted bolts with the included (2) 8mm Hex Nuts, (2) 8mm Lock
Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 3). Do not tighten at this time.
6. Position Driver Sidebar up to Mounting Brackets. Attach Sidebar to Mounting Brackets using the included (2) ½” x
2” Hex Head Bolts, (2) ½” Lock Washers, and (2) ½” Flat Washers (Figure 3 & 4). Do not tighten at this time.
7. Level and adjust Sidebar properly; and then tighten all hardware at this time.
8. Repeat steps 2 – 7 for passenger Sidebar.
9. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure all hardware is secure and tight.
