NOTE: Please read this information before installing. Check components received with components listed above. MINOR
DRILLING REQUIRED for installation of these Side bars. To obtain correct installation, we recommend you to follow these
step by step installation instructions carefully. Please take care when installing this product to protect the finish and your
investment.
Step One: Locate hardware kit. Check contents with the hardware listed below.

Front Mounting Bracket

1 Rear Mounting Bracket-right
4 ½” x 2” Hex Bolt-zinc plated
4 ½” Lock washer-zinc plated
4 ½’ Flat washer-zinc plated

3” plastic rings
Step Two: Remove the front and rear body mount bolts.
Step Three: Locate the two short mounting brackets and loosely install them to the front body mount locations with the factory bolts
as per Fig. 1
Step Four: Orient the rear mounting brackets as per Fig. 2 for the rear body mounts and attach with the factory bolts.
Step Five: Place the side bars into position. Using the ½’ x 2” bolts, 3” plastic rings, and ½” lock and flat washers, loosely attach the
side bars to the brackets
Step Six: After checking to make sure the side bars are level and parallel with the sides of the vehicle completely tighten all
hardware.
Step Seven: Periodically check and retighten the hardware as necessary.
IMPORTANT: Side bars have a 300 lb. weight capacity. To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular
waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the finish.
