2 Front Mounting Brackets
2 Rear Mounting Brackets
1 Driver Side Bar
1 Passenger Side Bar
4 1/2 -13X2.00 hex head bolt
4 1/2” flat washer
4 1/2” lock washer
Step 1: Verify that all parts & hardware are present. Read instructions
completely before installing.
Step 2: Remove existing body mount bolts from underside of cab. See Figure 1
Note: Existing body mount bolts will need to be tapped with hammer to get it out
of the bushing and will need to be tapped back during installation.
Step 3: Attach the front and rear mounting brackets to the body mounts using the
existing body mount bolts, leave loose.
Step 4: Place the side bars into position.( Note: Passenger side bar was
packaged with a pink sleeve)
Step 5: Attach the side bars to the mounting brackets with the 1/2 hardware.
Attach the 3 plastic ring to each end of the bars. (provided) See Figure 1
Step 6: Verify that the side bars are level and square with the side of the vehicle
and then completely tighten all hardware.
Step 7: Periodically check and retighten the hardware as necessary.
* Be sure to use all hardware supplied and tighten all bolts.
