GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Convenient, labor saving assemblies are ideal for use wherever a general-purpose
paging and music loudspeaker is required. Quality components are factory wired and
shipped complete with dual-cone loudspeaker, dual-voltage transformer and round or
square grille. D Series incorporates 8” model C10A with a 10-ounce ceramic magnet
to handle 25-watts of power. G Series utilizes 8” model C5A with a 5-ounce ceramic
magnet to handle 15-watts. Versatile 25 / 70.7 volt transformer includes pre-wired
secondary leads with color coded, stripped and tinned primary. Recessed grilles are
offered in square versions with attractive white epoxy finish. To meet code require-
ments and facilitate installation in a wide variety of ceilings, Atlas Sound offers an
optional selection of recessed and surface mounting enclosures, mounting rings and
tile bridge accessories.
ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER SPECIFICATIONS
The loudspeaker, transformer, baffle assembly shall be Atlas Sound D or G Series
Model________or approved equal. The loudspeaker shall be an 8" (203mm) dual-
cone type with a power rating of ___ (25 or 15) watts and a frequency response of
______ (45 Hz - 19 kHz or 50 Hz - 18 kHz). Loudspeaker shall be equipped with a
factory-wired, dual-voltage transformer and recessed grille. Complete assembly shall
mount to optional Model ______enclosure, mounting rings and/or tile bridge.
