Clearing monitor counters
Before you clear statistics counters, verify the valid monitor numbers on a specific port using the
perfMonitorShow
command, to make sure the correct monitor counters are cleared. To clear statistics
counters for all monitors or a specified monitor, use the
perfMonitorClear
command. After the
command has been executed, the telnet shell confirms that the counters on the monitor have been cleared.
