Product type, for example “Edge-32,” as configured through the HAFM New
Product dialog box.
■
Network address as configured through the HAFM New Product dialog box.
■
Current product operational status:
— Operational — Product is fully operational.
— Degraded — Product needs attention. Typically, this displays when a
redundant FRU fails, but the product is still performing as designed.
— Failed — Product needs immediate attention.
— Unknown — The HAFM cannot determine product status because of a
network communication failure between the product and the HAFM
server, or because the managed product is not responding.
Accessing a Product Manager
There are three ways to access a product’s Product Manager through the Products
View.

Double-click the product icon.
■
Right-click the product icon and choose Open.
■
Click a product icon to select it, then click the Open Product icon from the
tool bar.
The Product Manager window displays (
