Configuring Fabric Parameters
Perform this procedure to configure the fabric operating parameters, including
resource allocation time out value (R_A_TOV), E_D_TOV, switch priority,
interop mode, and buffer-to-buffer credit. The product must be set offline.
Note:
An Edge Switch 2/12 cannot participate in a fabric unless the Fabric Capable
feature is enabled. For more information, see the
Edge Switch 2/12 Installation

.
To configure parameters:
1. If product is online, set the product offline as follows:
a.
Choose Operations from the navigation panel. The Operations page
displays.
b.
Click the Online State tab, then click Set Offline. The following message
displays:
Your operations changes have been
successfully activated
.
2. Choose Configure from the navigation panel.
3. Click the Switch or Director tab (as appropriate), then click the Fabric
Parameters tab. The Fabric Parameters tab view displays (
