5. Modify the IntervalSeconds parameter to adjust the discovery frequency (in seconds).
To disable discovery, perform the same steps. However, at the object discovery, select Disable Object
Discovery.
HP ProLiant SNMP management pack discovery rules
The HP ProLiant Servers SNMP management pack (ID=HewlettPackard.Servers.Proliant.SNMP) in the HP
ProLiant Management Pack for System Center Essentials contain the following discovery rule:
• HP ProLiant SNMP Collection Health Condition Discovery Rule
(ID=HewlettPackard.Servers.ProLiant.SNMP.ProLiantSNMPHealthDiscoveryRule)—Instantiates Health
Collection classes associated with HP ProLiant servers (This discovery rule runs every 60 minutes by
default).
