To subscribe to the wireless backup service, you will need to
purchase a license to use the wireless backup service via the
Sprint vending machine, accessed through the WAP browser
on your phone. The license expires after a set period of time
and must be renewed regularly. As part of the initial
subscription process, a random wireless backup password is
generated. The randomly-generated password will be sent to
your phone as an SMS text message.
Alert–Turns the pop-up alert on or off when a Wireless Backup
is in progress.
Learn More–Displays a series of information screens about the
Wireless Backup service.
Dialing Sprint PCS Services
Your Contacts list is preprogrammed with contact numbers
for various Sprint PCS Services.
To dial a service from your Contacts:
1. Select Menu > Contacts > Services ( ).
2. Select Customer Service, Dir Assistance, Account Info,
Sprint Operator, or Voice Command.
To dial a service from standby mode using your keypad:
1. Dial the appropriate service number:

Ⅲ Account Info –
Ⅲ Sprint Operator –
Ⅲ Voice Command –
2. Press to place the call.
