What should
I do if I forgot
the Unlock
Pattern and I
didn’t create the
Google account
on the phone?
Without entering the Unlock
Pattern, you will not be able
to access your phone.
CAUTION: If you perform
a factory reset, all user
applications and user data
will be deleted. Please
remember to back up any
important data before
performing a factory reset.
How to perform a factory
reset:
1. Turn the phone off.
2. Press and hold the
Power/Lock Key
+
Down Volume Key .
3. After 5 seconds, keep
pressing the previous keys
and touch and hold the
Menu Key
+
Back Key
(must be done before
the touch key LED lights
turn on).
4. When the LG logo
appears, release the
Power/Lock Key
but keep pressing the rest
of the keys.
5. The phone will perform a
factory reset immediately.
