Announcement Options
Normal Announce Mode
Before using this answering system, you should record an announcement (up
to 90 seconds long) that callers will hear when the system answers a call. For
example:
“Hello. You’ve reached Meadowlark Nursery. We are unable to answer
your call at this time. Please leave a message after the tone.”
If you choose not to record an announcement, the system answers with a
prerecorded announcement: “Hello. I’m unable to answer your call right
now. Please leave your name, number and a message after the tone.”
