６ . Maintenance
● To clean dome and body, wipe with water or glass cleaner soaked soft cloth.
Do not use thinner, benzine, gasoline or oil as these cause color change or deform the surface.
●
Do not lubricate oil to the motor and gear, it becomes a cause of motor failure.
● Do not rotate the reflector by a hand directly.
Caution
Replace Dome
( 1)Turn off the power.
(2) Rotate counterclockwise the dome and remove from body.
(3) Rotate clockwise the new dome.
Please follow procedure mentioned below to replace to dome.

４ . Installation（Mounting）
● Ask a specialist or an electric engineer for wiring construction. Otherwise electric shock, fire and fall may occur.
● This product is indoor use only. Do not use in the place which get wet with water or rain.
The IP rate of this product is IP23. SZ-200A of an option is required at the place which gets wet with water.
●
When installing the unit in a high place, choose the place where a foothold can be secured for case in repairs.
● Follow the precautions below to keep product's life from vibration.
(a) Do not install directly on vibrating or shock-producing equipment.
(b) Do not install on a column or a wall experiencing vibration.
Use rigid L brackets in order to prevent swing of the light caused by wind and other vibrations.
・ Please process mounting hole to attachment portion.
・ Please fix using attached nut set.
・ Machining of mounting hole is convenient if an attached paper pat tam is used.
５ . Wiring procedure
● Turn off the power before wiring connections.Othrewise an electric shock or a circuit breaks down.
● Confirm the rated voltage of the product.
● Do not mistake at wiring.Othrewise it causes a fire.
● Refer to the following figure for wiring. Connecting wires must use the crimp-type terminal.
●I nsert the fuse between power supply and this product.
● Do not push or pull the lead wire at the time of wiring.
● Attach the terminal cover to this product after wiring.
● Ground the earth terminal about the Model RHEM/RKEM-M2 specification for the electric shock and the fire
accident prevention.
Caution
［※①］・ It is necessary to use the fuse certified by IEC60127 when using it as CE specification
［※②］・ Model RHEM/RKEM-M2 are to do a ground from the terminal of the body bottom part.

・ Use a crimp-type terminal with ring tongue and φ8mm or less in
external diameter.
・ Terminal should be fixed with attached screws （M3×6）.

・ Supply RHEM/RKEM-12/24 type from Class2 circuit.
・ Use copper lead wire with the heat resistance 75 degrees C or more.

● To use the fuse certified by IEC60127
● Double insulation processing to the exposed lead wire by the vinyl tube etc.

１． To operate this product safely, please observe the followings.
Do not put the flammable material, such as paper or cloth,
on this product while it is in operation. It may cause a

● Do not use this product without dome or broken dome. It may cause electric shock.
● Turn off the power for the electric shock and the burn prevention when you repair.
● Ask a specialist or an electric engineer for wiring construction. Otherwise electric shock, fire and fall may occur.
Caution
● Use it by the rated voltage.
● Insert the fuse between power supply and this product.(Refer to 5.Wiring procedure)
● Daily check is required to use it for the security or safety purpose.
Use auxiliary equipment in preparation for the tine of failure.
