配線および工事を伴う設置は専門業者または電気的知識のある技術者がおこなっ
てください。感電、火災、落下、故障などの危険があります。
屋外または水のかかる場所へ設置される場合は、横および逆さ方向の取付けは避
けてください。ボディ底の水抜き穴などから浸水するとボディ内部に水がたまり、
不灯・感電・電源焼損などの原因となります。
高所へ設置される場合は、補修のしやすい足場のある場所をお選びください。
振動･衝撃が激しい場所へ取付けの場合は、電球の寿命が短くなりますので、
次の事項をお守りください。
(a)振動および衝撃のある装置へ直接の取付けは避けてください。
(b)振動が加わる状態での柱・壁への取付けは避けてください。
また取付アングル（ステー）は、回転灯が風や振動で揺れない頑丈なものをご使用ください。
ＳＫＰ型回転灯を固定の際は、防振ゴムが変形して取付面との間にすき間が生じ
る状態まで締め付けないでください。また防振ゴムは動かさないでください。
防振ゴムの劣化を早める原因となります。
取付部分がゆるんでいないか、ゴムが劣化して亀裂などを起こしていないか定期的に
確認してください。
車両などへの取付穴部および、電源線貫通穴は取付け後、必ず防水用のシーリン
グ処理を施してください。
車両の走行中の使用は許可を必要とします。また走行中は落下防止に十分配慮してください。

配線時は必ず電源を切りおこなってください。ショートによる内部回路の焼損や感電の
危険があります。
直流・交流および、使用電圧を間違えないよう、確かめてからご使用ください。
配線は間違いのないよう十分注意してください。配線を間違うと内部回路が焼損し火災
の原因になります。
配線は「配線例」に従い圧着端子などで確実に配線してください。
配線例のように電源側には必ず外部接点保護用ヒューズを入れてください。配線間違い
など、万一の場合の電源焼損が防げます。
突入電流は定格電流の約１０倍です。スイッチまたは、リレーなどは突入電流を考慮して
選定してください。
配線時にリード線を引っ張ったり、ボディ内に押し込まないでください。
AC200～AC240V仕様については感電や火災事故防止のため必ずアース線またはアース端子
を接地してください。

Turn off the power supply before making wiring connections. Neglecting to so may
cause an electric shock.
Confirm the working voltage of the product.
Wiring should be careful enough there to be for no mistake. If wiring is mistaken,
an internal circuit will be damaged and it will become the cause of a fire.
During connection, refer to the wiring example. Be sure to use crimp type terminal
connections.
Make sure to set fuse in a power supply side, please connect a fuse.
When you use this product for security purpose, routine inspection must be done.
Choose the switches and relays in consideration of starting current.
The starting current must be with in 10 times as high as high as the rated current.
Do not pull lead wire and push it in body when wiring.
Ground the earth lead wire or the earth terminal about the 200～240V AC
specification for the electric shock and the fire accident prevention.

Do not use any bulb other than specified on 8. specification and name plate.
Make sure power is turned off and the temperature of electric bulb falls down for
repair to avoid electric shock and burn.
To clean dome and body, wipe with water or glass cleaner soaked soft cloth.
Do not use thinner, benzine, gasoline or oil as these cause color change or
deform the surface.
Do not lubricate oil to the motor and rotor, it makes the motor stop.
Do not use the hands to rotate the reflector.
When you handle a halogen bulb, be careful not to touch the glass area.
Any grease on the glass will shorten bulb's life. If the bulb gets dirty, wipe it with a
clean cloth soaked with alcohol, before you install it. (Model HKM-KA only)
注意[CAUTION］
●使用される電球は必ず「8.仕様」の項、または「銘板」に表示された指定電球を使用してください。
●電球交換など補修される際は感電や火傷防止のため必ず電源を切り、電球の熱が十分に下がっ
てからおこなってください。
●グローブやケースの汚れは水を含んだ柔らかい布で拭いてください。シンナー,ベンジン,
ガソリン,油などで拭くと表面を侵し変色,変形する恐れがあります。
●モータおよびロータ部へは注油しないでください。モータ内に油が入り故障の原因となります。
●手で反射鏡を回さないでください。回転不具合など故障の原因となります。
●ハロゲン電球のガラス部は手で触れないでください。電球寿命が著しく短くなります。
万一電球に触れた場合は、表面をよく拭いてからご使用ください。（ＨＫＭ－ＫＡ型のみ）
１．グローブ交換の手順 [Change Dome]
①電源を切る。(スイッチをOFFにする)
②グローブを左方向に回し、
(あたりのある所まで回転させ)上方向に取り外す。
③新しいグローブを取付け右方向に回し
ボディに取り付ける。
その場合ボディストッパがグローブ角溝部に
来るまでしっかりと固定してください。
①電源を切る。(スイッチをOFFにする)
②パッチンを横方向へ起こし、パッチンリングを外す。
③フランジとグローブをボディより取り外す。
④新しいグローブとフランジを取り付け、
フランジを締め付ける。
グローブを交換される際は、下記要領でおこなってください。

③Take off flange and dome to body
④New dome and flange is attached, grip flange.

電球を交換される際は、下記要領でおこなってください。

①電源を切る。(スイッチをOFFにする)
②グローブを外す。(“グローブ交換”参照)
③電球を下方へ押し、左方向へ回し取り外す。
④新しい電球を下方へ押し、右方向へ回し取り付ける。
⑤グローブを取り付ける。(“グローブ交換”参照)
２．電球交換の手順 [Change Bulb]
2-1 全タイプ共通 [All model in common]
①Make sure power is turned off when changing dome.
②Remove the dome turning it to the left. (Refer to the "Change dome")
③Press the bulb and turn it to the left to detach from the socket.
④Fix new bulb into the socket by pressing right ward.
⑤The dome is attached. (Refer to the "Change dome")

③平型差込み端子を抜き、バネを外す。
④電球を上方へ持ち上げ外す。
⑤新しい電球を取り付け、バネを元どうりに取り
付け、平型差込み端子を取り付ける。
⑥グローブを取り付ける。(“グローブ交換”参照)
2-2 Model:HKM-A

Ask a specialist or an electric engineer about wiring or a construction. Electric
shock, fire and fall may occur.
To avoid lost lighting, electric shock and burnout of power source; do not install the
product horizontally and upside down in the place where it get wet. If water goes
into the product, it will cause short circuit.
When installing the unit in a high place, choose the place where a foothold can be
secured for case in repairs.
Follow the precautions below to keep bulb's life from vibration.
(a) Do not install directly on vibrating or shock-producing equipment.
(b) Do not install on a column or a wall experiencing vibration.
Use rigid L brackets in order to prevent swing of the light caused by wind and other vibrations.
When fixing SKP model, do not tighten the screws of the product until the vibration isolated
rubber is distorted and making a space between the product and the attached surface.
The rubber may be damaged.
Periodically check that do not happened the crack/degradation and mounting nut
loosen.
Make sure to seal up the extraction part of the power supply cable and the mounting
hole to the vehicles to secure a watertight construction, after the product is attached. ●

※グローブやボディに取り付けられている防水パッキンは劣化により亀裂や断裂が発生した場合は、防水構造に
支障をきたしますので、交換をおこなってください。
防水パッキンは摩耗・劣化・疲労がないか定期的に確認・点検してください。

hand has to be replaced. Regularly inspect the waterproof packing for cracking, breaking, stress, fatigue or any other form of deterioration. ］
ロータリースイッチにより、ブザー音量を切、弱、中、強に切替え出来ます。
