• If the product is used along with accessories or equipment not provided by SUOMY® the company cannot guarantee the correct operation of
the product/peripheral, or respond to requests for assistance under the guarantee where the product is used in such a manner.
• SUOMY® cannot be held responsible if the product has limited functionality due to the operational modes of mobile telephones or other
accessories/equipment not provided by SUOMY®.
• Tampering with the internal electronic card or other parts of the SCS 3LOGY system will invalidate the guarantee.
• Also not included in the guarantee are specific, subjective situations which could arise when using the helmet, such as issues with comfort,
background noise and aerodynamic whistle when driving, by way of example.
• SUOMY® cannot be held responsible for accidental or consequential damage (including injury to persons without limitation) resulting from
non-compliance with obligations arising from this guarantee concerning SUOMY® products.
16.2. VALIDITY OF THE GUARANTEE
This guarantee is valid if it is duly completed at the time of purchase, and the attached registration card is held by the buyer indicating:
1. Name of the product.
2. Name and stamp of authorised retailer.
3. Product purchase date.
4. Name and address of buyer.
SUOMY® reserves the right not to repair the device under guarantee if this information is deleted, amended or illegible, or the original receipt
is missing.
