In no case can Suomy® be held liable for accidental or consequential •
damage (including, without any limitation, personal injuries) due to failu-
re to comply with the obligations deriving from this warranty on Suomy®
products.
16.3 Validity of the warranty
This warranty is valid if, on purchase, together with the original purchase
receipt, the attached registration form is duly completed and kept by the pur-
chaser, showing:
The name of the product. 1.
The name and stamp of the authorized dealer. 2.
The date on which the product was purchased. 3.
The name and address of the purchaser. 4.
Suomy® reserves the right not to carry out the repair under warranty if this
information is deleted, modified, illegible or the purchase receipt is missing.
