Sample Draw Pump Replacement
Remove Adapter Mounting plate from the new pump and discard.
The pump can be mounted to the Sample Draw Pump Bracket in one of two ways:
1. Directly attach shock mounts to existing holes by securing one side of the pump,
and stretching the other side until shock mounts can be secured.
- OR -
2. Drill and tap two new mounting holes. Secure one side of the pump to the Pump
Bracket and using the pump shock mounts as guides to align the drill, drill and tap
the second set of holes. Secure the pump in place.
Analyzer Pump Replacement
On older model’s it will be necessary to install the new pump and the adapter mounting
plate onto the Pump Bracket.
On newer model’s the adapter mounting plate should be removed and discarded, and the
pump mounted directly to the Pump Bracket.
