Printing does not start.
• It was not possible to transmit measurement results to
the printer.
- Ensure that the printer is switched on.
• Printer not integrated in wireless network.
- Switch off the scale or height measuring device
- De-energize the printer and its wireless module
- Set up the wireless network again.
• Nearby HF equipment (e.g. mobile phones) is
interfering with reception.
- Make sure that HF equipment is kept at least 1 metre
away from transmitters and receivers in the seca
wireless network.
Incorrect time and date

• Date and time not set
- Set date and time using a seca 360° wireless scale
or height measuring device (see instruction manual
for the
- seca 360° wireless device used).
• Internal battery of wireless module exhausted.
- Contact seca Service.
