•Type: We recommend the use of deep cycle batteries (particularly AGM)
to handle the deep charge/discharge cycles in the wind turbine system.
The deep cycle battery has less instant energy than the starting (cranking)
ones used on cars, but greater long-term energy delivery. A car battery will
not last as long when used for repeated deep charged/ discharged cycles.
