New cartridges contain activated carbon it is
an inoffensive powder.
Air in the system, after installation
The cartridges do not retain chlorine from
water.
Filter is equipped with flow restrictor.
Cartridges have been installed for too long.
Cartridges are clogged.
Tubing is not properly installed.
Damaged tubing
Open system faucet to purge particle, until
water is clear.
Drain the system carefully.
Replace both cartridges.
A moderate flow (approx. 0,6g/min) is
normal. If flow rate is unsatisfactory, replace
cartridges with ones not equipped with flow
restrictor.
Replace both cartridges.
Sediment level is too high.
Replace both cartridges.
Verify installation procedure and assure
tubing is installed to proper depth.
Trim end of tubing or change tubing.
Install to proper depth.
