Using the Camera with a Computer

Installing PhotoWise Software

Install PhotoWise software from the PhotoWise CD (included).

Windows — The installation begins automatically.

Macintosh — Double-click on the PhotoWise install icon on the CD.

This process installs the software and two documents in Adobe
Acrobat .pdf format: PhotoWise Tips and a copy of this user’s guide.

If you install PhotoWise on a Windows 98 computer and
want to use the USB port to transfer images, you may be

prompted to install USB support. See USB Notes (shipped in
the box with your camera) for information.
