1 BEFORE PROCEEDING
WARNING: Read all the instructions completely before proceeding. Price
Pfister recommends calling a qualified plumber if you are uncertain about installing
this product!
This product should be installed in accordance with all local and state plumbing and
building codes. Vitreous china is heavy and fragile. Use extreme care with all
parts!
2 SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLY
Locate water supply inlets and shut off the water supply valves. These are usually found
behind the toilet or near the water meter. If you are replacing an existing toilet, remove
the old toilet from the floor and clean the finished floor surface thoroughly.
3 TOOLS RECOMMENDED
• Silicon sealant • Slotted screwdriver • Adjustable wrench
• Pliers • Electric drill • Cloth
• Tape Measure • Safety glassess • Putty Knife
Your installation may require new supply lines and / or shut-off valves or other
additional tools.
4 SINK INSTALLATION
Drill 1-3/4” hole (4A) on your countertop. Ensure that there is proper clearance for faucet
supply lines, drain assembly and structural parts of the cabinet. There should be a minimum
of 2” between the sink’s top edge and the fitting centerline.
NOTE: The lavatory center must be located at least 12″ (30.5 cm) from the wall.
Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant on the bottom of lavatory (5A). Lower the
lavatory onto the countertop. Align with 1-3/4” hole, press the lavatory (5B) down firmly.
Wipe away any excess sealant.
NOTE: Provide proper clearance under the countertop for the faucet supply
lines, drain assembly.

Install the drain to the lavatory according to the drain manufacturer’s instructions.
Complete the faucet installation according to the faucet manufacturer’s instructions.
Connect the trap to the drain. Install the faucet using specifications from manufacturer.
6 UNIT START UP
Turn water supply, and check for leaks at all visible connections and verify that no water
is seeping from the sink. If leak is suspected, shut off supply valve immediately until
source of leak is located and secured.
