9 SLEEVS ATTACHMENT (Fig.F)
Remove Set Screw (1) from Cartridge Housing (2) and
save. Remove Plug (3) from Cartridge Housing (2). Place
Sleeve (4) and O-ring (5) onto Cartridge Housing (2).
Position Sleeve (4) so that Hole (7) is aligned with Valve
Hole (6). Place Retainer Sleeve (8) and O-ring (9) onto
Flow Control Body (10). To remove sleeves, reverse steps.
10 TRIM FLANGE ATTACHMENT (Fig.G)
Position Flange (1) and Rubber Gaskets (2&3) on Valve (4)
with Drain Hole (5) at the bottom. Slide Flange (1) tight until
is snug to finished wall surface. To remove flange, reverse
steps.
11 HANDLE ATTACHMENTS (Fig.H)
Lubricate the O-Rings (1) on Knob Assembly (2) using
provided Grease. Insert Knob Assembly (2) into Cartridge
Housing (3) aligning the Cartridge Hole (4) with Valve Hole
(5). Secure Knob Assembly (2) using Set Screw (6).
With Flow Control Stem (7) set at full counterclockwise
position (Closed Position), place Handle Hub (8) and Stem
Extender (9) onto Flow Control Stem (7) and secure with
Screw (10). Place Lever Handle (11) onto Flow Control
Stem (7) and secure with Set Screw (12) (do not over
tighten). Install Decorative Cap (13). To remove handles,
reverse steps.
12 TEMPERATURE KNOB FUNCTION (Fig.J)
By rotating Temperature Knob (1) clockwise, the water
temperature will decrease to fully cold. The water
temperature can be increased by rotating Temperature
Knob (1) counterclockwise.
The Temperature Knob (1) is regulated for the water
temperature not to to exceed 100°F (38°C) to prevent burns.
To increase the water temperature, press Button (2) and
rotate the Temperature Knob (1) in the counterclockwise
direction.
